Return Policy for Custom Pet Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, made to order specifically for each customer, as your artwork is designed with care just for you and is only personal to you and your pet, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns.
If you received the wrong product, incorrect size or print, or If there are defects discovered, such as damage to the delivered products, please provide us within 2 business days of receiving your order with photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of a defective product, we will gladly replace it. If we have not received from you a complaint in writing within 30 days after receipt, we shall have no liability for any defect.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order and have changed your mind, you can cancel or change your order within 2 hours. If you contact us after 2 hours have passed, cancellation & change requests will be considered at our discretion as there is a very high chance our artists have already began working on your design.
Please be advised that It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that aligns with our photo guidelines. Please note that blurry, low-quality photos may result in subpar artwork. In the event that your photo does not meet our photo guidelines, we will promptly contact you to request a higher-quality image.
Please anticipate receiving your preview via email, typically dispatched within 2 business days. If we are unable to reach you after several email attempts and 48 hours have passed since sending the preview, your order will be placed into the queue.

Promo Codes
You may only use one promo code per order. Promo codes are not to be combined, are non-transferable, and may have exemptions or requirements in order to be successfully redeemed. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied.
