Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return to our USA facility.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos as proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund upon verification.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately,we don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
If your return does not meet our policy conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped by our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please email contact@pawolisa.com with your order number as soon as possible. If cancellation is not possible, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item.
