Image Guidelines
The quality of the image you upload is crucial to the quality of how the final portrait will look like. Please look into the following tips and guidelines below to ensure yours is just right:
*Ensure to provide a high-quality, close-up, front-facing photo of your pet at eye level, taken in daylight or in a well-lit room. ( Outdoor natural daylight is optimal. Please avoid poor lighting and blurry photos.)
Ensure your pet’s ears are in the frame.
Ensure that the entire face and neck are within the photo frame and are free from any shadows.
Avoid using heavily filtered photos.
Avoid uploading screenshot photos, as they often have lower resolution than the original image.

If you are unable to follow our image guidelines, especially when ordering one of our memorial portraits, we understand. Rest assured, in many cases, we can still make it work.
